Internal Affairs (IA) is responsible for investigating misconduct, policy violations, and complaints involving department personnel. The IA application evaluates an officer’s integrity, professionalism, report writing, attention to detail, and knowledge of SOPs. Selection is competitive, requiring confidentiality, impartiality, strong RP standards, ethical conduct, and sound judgment at all times.
