Grange Reality Roleplay
This competitive promotional process is designed to identify qualified officers ready to transition into first-line supervision. The examination consists of a closed-book, multiple-choice Job Knowledge Exam (approx. 100 questions) and/or an Assessment Center exercise. The exam assesses critical thinking, decision-making, and command presence under pressure.
