Field Training Division (FTD) Application

The Field Training Division (FTD) is responsible for training and evaluating new officers. The FTD application assesses an officer’s ability to teach procedures, follow SOPs, communicate clearly, and model professionalism. Selection is competitive, requiring patience, strong RP standards, leadership, ethical conduct, and the ability to mentor and evaluate recruits effectively.
