Ending a partnership

Either side, any time

Say so in a ticket. We will remove the post, you remove ours, and that is genuinely the whole process. No notice period, no explanation owed, no hard feelings. Communities change direction and that is normal.

With notice, by us

If a partnership stops making sense — the fit changed, the server went quiet, the audiences diverged — we will tell you first and give you a chance to respond before removing the post.

Immediate termination

No notice, no appeal, and we will tell our other partners why:

  • Scamming, phishing, or distributing malware

  • Content that sexualises minors, or grooming behaviour by anyone in your leadership

  • Coordinated poaching of our members or staff

  • Selling stolen work after being told to stop

  • Directing a raid or harassment campaign at us or another partner

If we get this wrong

If your partnership was ended and you believe it was a mistake, open a ticket and make the case. It will be reviewed by Administration or Management — not by whoever made the original call.

What does not work: arguing about it publicly, or having members message us about it.
