What neither side does
These apply equally in both directions. If we do any of these to you, hold us to it — and if the problem is how one of our team behaved rather than a decision they made, our Internal Affairs team handles that. Say so in your ticket and it will be routed there.
No poaching
Do not DM our members to recruit them. Do not approach our staff with offers. Do not recruit developers or contributors away from another partner you met through us. Members finding your server through your post and choosing to join is the entire point — that is not poaching. Messaging them individually is.
No reselling or reuploading
Do not sell, redistribute, or reupload work that is not yours. This includes leaked scripts, cracked resources, and anything you have obfuscated and called your own.
No scams, malware, or phishing
Anything that steals credentials, tokens, or money. This one has no discussion attached to it.
No misrepresentation
Do not claim member counts, performance, or features you do not have. If your post says “active daily events”, there should be active daily events.
No trashing other partners
Compete on your own merits. If you have a real dispute with another partner, bring it to us in a ticket — do not litigate it in a thread.
