Invitation Status
Track the status of pending invitations:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, awaiting acceptance |
| Accepted | Member joined the guild |
| Expired | Invitation expired (7 days) |
| Cancelled | Invitation was revoked |
Pro Tip
You can resend expired invitations. This generates a new invite link and resets the 7-day expiration timer.
Viewing Team Members
The Team page shows all current members with their role, join date, and last active time. You can sort by any column and search for specific members.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Member | Username and profile picture |
| Role | Current role assignment |
| Joined | When they joined the guild |
| Last Active | Last activity in this guild |
| Applications | Number of applications processed |
Changing Member Roles
To change a member's role:
- Find the member in the team list
- Click on their current role
- Select a new role from the dropdown
- The change takes effect immediately
Note
You can only assign roles that are below your own level. Admins cannot promote someone to Admin or Owner.
Removing Members
To remove someone from your guild:
- Find the member in the team list
- Click the Remove button (or the three-dot menu)
- Confirm the removal
What Happens When Removed
The member immediately loses access to the guild. Any applications they were reviewing remain in their current state. Their activity history is preserved in the audit log.
Transferring Ownership
Only the guild owner can transfer ownership. To transfer:
- Go to Settings → Guild Settings
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Transfer Ownership
- Select the new owner from your team
- Confirm with your password
Warning
Ownership transfer cannot be undone. You will become an Admin after transfer, and will lose access to billing and ownership controls.
Member Limits
The number of team members is limited by your plan:
| Plan | Team Members |
|---|---|
| Free | 3 members |
| Pro | 15 members |
| Enterprise | Unlimited members |
Leaving a Guild
Team members can leave a guild at any time from their dashboard. The owner cannot leave without transferring ownership first.
- Go to your Dashboard
- Find the guild you want to leave
- Click the menu and select Leave Guild
- Confirm your decision
