Absolutely! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then you'll automatically switch back to the Free plan.
Your data stays safe! If you downgrade from Pro to Free, your guilds and applications remain intact. However, you'll only be able to access 1 guild (the most recently active one) and Pro features will be disabled until you upgrade again.

Pro is per user. Each user's subscription determines what features they can access. If you're a Pro subscriber, you get unlimited guilds and access to all Pro features. Team members on the Free plan can still be part of your guild, but they won't have access to Pro-only features like custom roles or advanced workflows—they'd need their own Pro subscription to unlock those. Alternatively, consider Ultimate to cover your whole team.
Pro gives you personal access to all premium features. Ultimate takes it further by covering an entire guild—all team members in your selected guild get Pro features regardless of their personal subscription. It's perfect for large teams where multiple staff need access to advanced features without each person subscribing individually.
Yes! The Free plan will always remain free. We believe everyone should have access to powerful guild management tools. As we add new features, we'll continue to include core functionality in the Free plan.
Pro is billed monthly on the same date you subscribed. You'll receive an invoice via email each month. You can view your billing history and download invoices anytime from your account settings.
