The forms, requirements, workflows and Discord automation are yours to build, so communities running everything from Space Engineers to Sea of Thieves crews, Halo customs, sim racing leagues, hobby Discords and volunteer groups use the same platform. If you take applications from people, it fits.
No. One Guildbase account can own multiple communities, and each community can run as many application templates as its plan allows. A network running a Minecraft server and a FiveM city manages both from the same login.
Guildbase automates the Discord and review side for every game. FiveM servers additionally get an API session endpoint for applying in-game plus FiveRoster and Cosmo integrations, and paid plans include webhooks and API access so you can trigger your own server-side actions on acceptance.
Yes. The free plan covers one community with two application templates and a small staff team, which is enough for most new servers to run a real whitelist and a staff form.
You can rebuild your existing questions as a template in a few minutes, or start from a community template someone has already published. What you gain is a review queue, applicant status tracking, requirements, exams and Discord automation that a form cannot do.
