A GTA roleplay city is a shared fiction, and the whitelist is the only thing protecting it. Whether you run on FiveM, RageMP or alt:V, the process is the same: someone writes a character, someone reads it, and someone decides whether that character belongs in your city.

Character applications pasted into Discord where formatting dies
Reviewers disagreeing because there is no shared standard or notes
No record of the character concept someone was actually approved for
Guildbase gives that process a home. Branded character applications with real writing prompts, requirements that keep alt accounts out, an interview stage for borderline applicants, and Discord roles applied automatically when a character is approved.
Every one of these is its own template with its own questions, requirements, reviewers and workflow. Build the ones you need and ignore the rest.
The core intake: character name, backstory, motivation and how they intend to fit into an existing city.
Let approved players apply for an additional character, gated on their first character being in good standing.
Let players register a gang, MC or business with a lore document, member roster and intended storylines.
Separate intake for police, medical, mechanic and government roles with their own requirements and reviewers.
Recruit moderators and admins with situational questions about handling RP disputes fairly.
Handle appeals through tickets so the decision and its reasoning are recorded rather than argued in DMs.
The features that matter when you are running intake for GTA roleplay (FiveM, RageMP, alt:V), not a generic form builder.
Nothing is tied to one client. FiveM, RageMP and alt:V cities all use the same portal, forms, workflows and Discord automation.
Character backstories need room. Rich text fields with word count requirements keep applications substantial without breaking formatting.
Flag character backstories that look machine generated so reviewers can dig deeper before approving a copy-pasted concept.
Rather than a straight denial, move uncertain applicants to a required interview stage with an assigned reviewer.
Every approved application is stored, so when a character behaves nothing like their approved concept you have the receipts.
Discord roles applied and removed automatically on acceptance, with nicknames set to the character name if that is your convention.

Drag your questions into place, or start from a community template someone has already built for GTA RP.
Decide who can apply, add review, interview and exam stages, and choose which Discord roles get applied at each one.
Post your public page in Discord and your server listing. Applications land in a queue your whole staff team shares.
Browse community templates to start from a form someone else has already built and tested.
Steal these. They are the questions that separate applicants who will stick around from applicants who wanted to see what was behind the form.
No. The application system is framework agnostic, so cities running RageMP or alt:V use it the same way FiveM servers do. FiveM servers additionally get in-game apply, FiveRoster and Cosmo integrations, which are covered on the FiveM page.
Yes. Application fields support long-form answers with minimum word counts, so you can require a genuine backstory rather than two lines pasted from a template.
Guildbase includes AI content detection which flags answers that look machine generated. Combined with an interview stage, it makes it much harder for a generated backstory to get through unexamined.
Yes. Make it a separate application template gated on the outcome of their first application, so only players already approved and in good standing can submit one.
Yes. Faction applications work well as their own template with a lore document, a member roster and a review by your admin team before the org is recognised in-city.
Workflow actions apply the whitelisted Discord role, remove the applicant role, optionally set the nickname to the character name, and can fire a webhook to whatever else you have set up.
