FiveM application FAQs
Can players apply to my FiveM server without leaving the game?
Yes. Guildbase provides an API session endpoint designed for external clients such as FiveM scripts. Your script authenticates the player and opens the embedded application form, so a player can complete a whitelist application in-session rather than being told to visit a website later.
Does Guildbase assign Discord roles when someone is whitelisted?
It does. Each workflow stage can carry actions, including adding Discord roles, removing roles and changing nicknames. Move an application to Accepted and the whitelisted role is applied automatically, with the applicant role removed in the same step.
Can I run separate PD, EMS and civilian applications?
Yes. Create a separate application template for each department, each with its own questions, requirements, reviewer team and workflow. You can require that someone has already passed the general whitelist before their PD application is even accepted.
Does it integrate with FiveRoster?
Yes. Guildbase can add an accepted applicant to a FiveRoster roster, add or remove flags as workflow actions, and gate applications on whether someone is already enrolled or carries a specific flag.
How do I stop denied applicants from spamming re-applications?
Set an application cooldown so a denied player cannot reapply for a set number of days, block anyone with a pending application from submitting another, and add requirements based on the outcome of a previous application.
Is there a free plan for small FiveM servers?
Yes. The free plan covers one guild with two application templates and a small staff team, which is enough for a new server to run a real whitelist. You can upgrade when your application volume and staff team grow.
