How does certificate verification work?
Every certificate carries a unique code. Anyone can enter it on the public verification page — no account needed — and see whether it is genuine, who issued it, the score, and whether it has expired or been revoked.
Can certificates expire?
Yes. Set a validity period and the certificate lapses at the end of it. Where a Discord role was granted on the pass, that role can be removed automatically at the same time.
Can I revoke a certificate?
Yes, with a reason recorded. Verification then shows the certificate as revoked rather than valid, so a shared link cannot be used to claim a certification that was withdrawn.
What does anti-cheat actually detect?
Tab switching, leaving fullscreen, pasting content, copy attempts, suspected developer tools and lost window focus. You decide whether these are logged, warned about, flagged for review or fail the attempt outright.
Can people outside my community take an exam?
Yes, through invite links, which is useful for certifying applicants before they are members or for running an exam for a partner community.
