Hi! I can help with that. Go to Server Settings > Roles, then enable "Kick Members" and "Ban Members" for the Moderator role. Make sure "Administrator" stays off.

Perfect! Go to Server Settings > Roles, select the Moderator role, and enable "Kick Members", "Ban Members", and "Manage Messages". Leave "Administrator" disabled.
