Your guild dashboard is the command centre for managing applications, templates, and team members. This guide will help you navigate every section and understand what each feature does.

Dashboard Navigation
The sidebar navigation provides quick access to all guild features. Here's what each section contains:

Overview Section
The overview is your at-a-glance summary of guild activity. It displays:
Statistics Cards
- Total Applications — All-time application count
- Pending Review — Applications awaiting action
- Accepted — Successfully accepted applicants
- Rejected — Declined applications
Guild Settings
From the overview, you can quickly access:
- Guild name and description
- Logo upload and management
- Feature toggles (AI detection, profanity filter, etc.)
- Danger zone (delete guild)
Applications Section

The applications section shows all submitted applications with:
- Filtering — Filter by status, template, stage, or risk level
- Search — Find applications by applicant name or content
- Stage badges — Colour-coded workflow stage indicators
- Risk indicators — AI detection flags and warnings
Templates Section
Manage all your application forms from this section:
- Create new templates with the drag-and-drop builder
- Edit existing templates
- Duplicate templates to create variations
- View submission statistics per template
- Publish, unpublish, or schedule templates
Workflows Section
Configure your application processing pipeline:
- Create workflows with custom stages
- Set up automated actions per stage
- Configure notifications (email and Discord)
- Mark final stages for accepted/rejected outcomes

Press ? anywhere in the dashboard to view available keyboard shortcuts.
Switching Guilds
If you manage multiple guilds, use the guild switcher in the top navigation bar. Click your current guild name to see a dropdown of all guilds you have access to.
