Filter Options
Click the Filter button to access advanced filtering options. You can combine multiple filters for precise results.
| Filter | Options | Use Case |
|---|---|---|
| Status | Pending, Accepted, Rejected | Find applications needing review |
| Template | Any published template | View applications for specific roles |
| Stage | Any workflow stage | Find applications at a specific point |
| Risk Level | Low, Medium, High | Review flagged applications |
| Date Range | Custom start/end dates | View recent or historical applications |
Combining Filters
Filters work together using "AND" logic. For example, selecting:
- Status: Pending
- Risk Level: High
Shows only pending applications with high-risk AI detection flags.
Pro Tip
Use the "High Risk" filter regularly to catch potentially problematic applications before they slip through.
Sorting Options
Click column headers to sort applications:
| Sort By | Description |
|---|---|
| Newest First | Most recently submitted at top (default) |
| Oldest First | Oldest applications at top |
| Applicant Name | Alphabetical by applicant |
| Risk Level | Highest risk applications first |
Saved Filters
Once you've set up a filter combination you use often, click Save Filter to create a quick-access preset. Saved filters appear as tabs above the application list.
