Text Fields

Short Text

A single-line text input for brief responses.

Best For Examples
Names and usernames "What is your Discord username?"
Short identifiers "What is your Steam ID?"
Brief answers "What timezone are you in?"

Long Text (Text Area)

A multi-line text box for detailed responses.

Best For Examples

Selection Fields

Select Dropdown

Radio Buttons

Visible options where only one can be selected.

Multi-Select Dropdown

A dropdown that allows selecting multiple options.

When to Use

Use multi-select dropdowns when you have many options (5+) and users need to select multiple. Use checkboxes when you have fewer options and want them all visible.

Accepts only numeric input with optional min/max values.
