Unpublishing a Template
To stop accepting applications, click Unpublish on the template. Existing applications are not affected, but new submissions will be blocked.
Important
Unpublishing doesn't delete submitted applications. They remain in your system for review.
Editing Published Templates
You can edit a published template, but be aware of the impact:
| Change Type | Impact |
|---|---|
| Title/Description | Safe — affects new viewers only |
| Add New Fields | Safe — existing applications won't have these |
| Edit Field Labels | Caution — may confuse review of old applications |
| Delete Fields | Warning — data from existing applications preserved but hidden |
Pro Tip
For major changes, consider creating a new template version instead of editing the published one. This keeps historical data clean.
